Position:
Math Tutor
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Math Tutor to teach U.S.
-based students in live online classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mathematics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make learning interactive and enjoyable for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Math concepts aligned with U.S. curriculum standards .
Use interactive methods to simplify complex topics and build strong problem-solving skills.
Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain performance records.
Conduct Catch-up Sessions or Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) when required.
Collaborate with curriculum and operations teams to ensure smooth class delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field .
Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Math ( online teaching preferred ).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
Ability to engage, manage, and motivate young learners in an online environment.
Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free teaching setup.
Work Timings [ Mandatory Availability]
Regular Schedule (Nov – Mar):
Weekdays (Tue–Fri): 03:30 AM – 09:30 AM IST (5 slots)
Weekends (Sat–Sun): 08:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST (4 slots)
Catch-ups/PTM: 04:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST
Daylight Saving Schedule (Mar – Nov):
Weekdays (Tue–Fri): 02:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST (5 slots)
Weekends (Sat–Sun): 07:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (4 slots)
Catch-ups/PTM: 04:30 AM – 08:30 AM IST
Compensation & Benefits
Upto 45K per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
