Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive / Student Counsellor. The individual in this position will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the course selection process, addressing their queries, and helping them understand the value of our programs. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries via email and phone, providing career-focused counseling, developing strategies to meet enrollment targets, and fostering positive relationships with students.

Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate records of communication and contributing to the continued success of the NXTGEN E-Learning Hub by offering exceptional service to learners.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students effectively.
Sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet enrollment targets.
Basic knowledge of e-learning platforms and an understanding of professional development and upskilling trends.
Organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and excel in a remote working environment.
Previous experience in sales, counseling, or education-related roles, with a track record of success in a similar capacity, is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
