Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Preschool Teacher based in Surat, with some remote working flexibility. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, designing and delivering engaging curriculum, and fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Duties include monitoring children's progress, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education with a focus on fostering child development
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with parents, children, and team members
Ability to guide and inspire young learners in a Kindergarten setting
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing young minds
Relevant certifications or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
