This is a full-time role for a Teach Manager,  specializing in Foundational Numeracy, who is a native Kannada speaker.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teach Manager (Foundational Numeracy) based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home.

The Teach Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs or initiatives focused on improving foundational numeracy.

Day-to-day tasks may include conducting training sessions, supporting educators, developing curriculum frameworks, monitoring program progress, and ensuring impactful delivery of numeracy outcomes.

Additionally, the role demands effective communication with stakeholders and collaboration with cross-functional teams for program success.

Qualifications

Speaks Kannada and English
Strong skills in program design, curriculum development, and instructional strategies for foundational numeracy education
Experience in teacher training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
Proficiency in project management, organization, and multi-tasking
Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
Passionate about education and proven ability to drive positive learning outcomes
Comfortable with a hybrid work environment, including regular travel to Bengaluru
Familiarity with EdTech or using technological tools to deliver educational solutions is a plus
Any prior experience of working with Education Nonprofits or Schools is a big plus.
