Content Specialist

Safety Troop spreads awareness through interactive safety education programs for children and caregivers to handle and facilitate unsafe scenarios. This position will be work from home and will be responsible to develop life skills and safety course contents for children, parents and teachers. We provide a healing journey and are looking for a content writer who is interested in creating fearless opportunities for children to grow and blossom.
Responsibilities:
Research new topics and activities, identify and work on learning needs.
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course that impacts our company's growth and sales
Apply tested instructional design
Create more egalitarian pedagogy with exercises, comics, stories and activities.
Integrate learning best practices into eLearning courses.
Work with our creative team to create visual instructional graphics and finalise the content.
Record and produce training videos.
Build assessments for classroom, virtual eLearning, and distance learning curriculum and rubrics.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Requirements:
You must have a graduate degree with at least 1-3 years of experience in writing and developing e-Learning modules. Freshers are preferred if they have work to show us.
Your written English and grammar needs to be exemplary. Writing style should be child-friendly.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook)
Adheres to the individual and team timelines
Thorough understanding of learning modules, learning styles and teacher training programs
You must be able to multi-task and not be fazed by tight deadlines.
Ability to quickly analyze the impact of development changes on content development
-project and adjust workload appropriately.
