Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with a combination of on-site and remote work options available. The Counselor will work closely with prospective students and their guardians to provide guidance on academic and career pathways. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, identifying individual needs and recommending suitable courses, and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure enrollment. The role involves coordinating with various departments, resolving queries, and supporting students in their journey at the academy.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
Proven ability to counsel and guide individuals in academic or career decisions
Familiarity with digital marketing and AI-related courses or willingness to quickly learn about them
Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other administrative tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, management, or a related field
