Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online English Mentor during US shifts. The Online English Mentor will be responsible for teaching English language skills to young learners using interactive and engaging methods. Responsibilities include conducting online classes, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance language proficiency. Mentors will collaborate with other educators to ensure a tailored and effective learning experience for students.
Qualifications
Teaching and mentoring abilities with experience in English instruction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
Experience in curriculum planning and lesson preparation
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools for virtual instruction
Adaptability and ability to engage young learners with creative teaching methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in teaching children is an added advantage
