Student Programs & Engagement Lead (HR Role) — 'Ba Dekh Rahi Hai' (Kitaab Aur Kalam)

You will own end-to-end delivery of our flagship 21-day sprint internship under the Ba Dekh Rahi Hai movement. This is a student-first leadership role. We want a disciplined, reliable college student who can coordinate interns, campus ambassadors and teachers, run program logistics online, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the experience.
This is not a babysitting role, it's professional, high-impact and heavy on execution.

Role Context & Growth Path
This is a fully remote (work-from-home) role structured as an 8-month engagement , including a 1-month probation period . The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 , with performance-linked increments based on ownership, execution quality, and outcomes delivered.
The role involves heading the 21-day sprint internship programme , conducted six times annually, with 60–70 high-school and college students per batch , and will report directly to the Founder, Kitaab Aur Kalam.

The selected individual will not merely be coordinating programmes but will actively create a ripple effect of change shaping learning journeys, nurturing social consciousness, and enabling young students to engage meaningfully with education and society. The work carried out in this role contributes directly to educating, mentoring, and influencing the next generation, aligning deeply with the values and mission of Kitaab Aur Kalam.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day coordination and delivery of each 21-day sprint (preparation, live days, post-program follow up).
Onboard (Linkedin / Internshala / Job Portals - Hiring ), train and manage a batch of 60–70 interns per cohort - set expectations, share schedules, assign mentors/teachers.
Recruit, manage and motivate Campus Ambassadors and maintain regular touchpoints with partner teachers.
Create and maintain program calendars, detailed run-books, daily checklists and contingency plans for each cohort.
Host / moderate online sessions, record attendance, and manage breakout rooms, Q&A and assessments.
Design simple assessment rubrics, track intern progress and produce post-program reports (completion rates, feedback, learnings).
Collect and synthesise participant feedback; propose iterative improvements and implement changes before the next cohort.
Maintain accurate data (Google Sheets / Airtable), share weekly dashboards and KPI updates with leadership.
Manage communications:
Whats App / email / LMS announcements, reminders, escalation handling.
Ensure professional conduct, punctuality and digital etiquette across all participants.
Support employer / partner interactions, certificates, and letters of recommendation when required.
Represent Kitaab Aur Kalam in online networking opportunities and help grow our Linked In presence around the program.

Currently enrolled college student (undergraduate / postgraduate). Only college students may apply.
Comfortable working fully remotely and available during program sprint days (intensive availability required).
Strong organisational ability can manage 60+ participants and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
