Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Educational Counselor based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and working professionals regarding online education programs. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, evaluating educational aspirations, assisting with program selection, and offering career advice tailored to individual goals. Counselors will also prioritize delivering excellent communication and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Qualifications
Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Proficiency in Career Counseling and a solid understanding of Education and related processes
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport and work with students from diverse backgrounds
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Knowledge of UGC-approved programs and accredited universities is beneficial
Proficiency with digital tools and online communication platforms
