Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Corporate Technology Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering customized training programs, creating detailed curriculums, and utilizing instructional design practices to facilitate learning. Additional responsibilities include conducting virtual training sessions, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and assessing training outcomes to ensure measurable skill enhancement.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
Excellent Communication and Training abilities, with an emphasis on clear and engaging delivery
Experience in Education and learning facilitation processes
Proven ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, tools, and virtual training technologies
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in corporate training environments and technology-focused instruction is a plus
