Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home on a scheduled basis. As a Study Abroad Advisor, you will guide students through their study abroad journey, assist with education loan applications, and provide consultation on visa processes and requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for prospective students, effectively communicating program benefits and addressing any concerns about financing options.

Building relationships with students and stakeholders will also be a major part of your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Experience in Educational Consulting and knowledge of guiding students through study abroad processes
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively address student inquiries and build relationships
Familiarity with Visa application processes and related documentation
Problem-solving and consulting skills to offer tailored education financing solutions
Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency with basic productivity tools and the ability to adapt to new technology
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; experience in the education or financial services sector is a plus
