Cuemath is building one of the world's largest communities of home-based math educators. With 4,000+ tutors across India, we are on a mission to empower tutors with meaningful, high-growth work opportunities.
We are hiring a Community Engagement Manager who can strategize, execute end-to-end, and bring our tutor community to life every day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Engagement, Story Posting & Listening
Plan and publish high-impact posts on the App (celebrations, leaderboards, best practices, updates).
Keep tutors energized with weekly/monthly rituals, shoutouts, and motivating stories.
Create simple mechanisms to hear tutors' needs and bring meaningful insights back to the company.
2. Strategy, Activation Planning & Campaigns
Build and execute an end-to-end community engagement calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Strategize what to launch, celebrate, and communicate to keep 4,000 tutors connected.
Lead monthly/annual campaigns (Teacher's Day, Anniversary, festivals, milestones) end-to-end: idea → planning → creative → posting → response.
3. Awareness & Internal Communication
Spread awareness about product launches, curriculum changes, policies, training, and key updates.
Translate complex information into simple, friendly, easy-to-understand communication for tutors.
4. Storytelling & Creative Content
Identify inspiring tutor stories and turn them into posts, visuals, videos, or reels.
Design creatives using design tools (Canva/Figma/etc.) and stitch content into short, high-impact videos.
Who We Are Looking For
4–7 years of experience in community management, social media, content, or engagement roles.
Strong at both strategy and execution — ability to own initiatives end-to-end.
Creative thinker with hands-on design skills (Canva/Figma..).
Excellent written communication, empathy, and ability to manage large online communities
