We are now looking for a highly skilled Outreach marketing specialist whose first and immediate responsibility will be to take care 100% about our outreach campaigns on Instantly.ai.
We need someone who can execute immediately, in a full-time role, and get our outreach engine up and running without delay.
This is a fully remote position, working closely with Figmenta's leadership, growth team, and developers.
What You'll Do
Set up, manage, and optimize cold outreach campaigns using Instantly.ai
Own the full outreach workflow:
audience segmentation
campaign structure
sequencing and sending logic
Ensure high deliverability and inbox placement, handling:
sender reputation management
warm-up monitoring
domain and inbox rotation strategies
Collaborate with the deliverability setup to:
respect SPF, DKIM, DMARC configurations
avoid spam traps, throttling, and blacklisting
Monitor and optimize key metrics:
open rates
reply rates
bounce rates
spam complaints
Continuously test and iterate copy, timing, and sending logic
Apply best practices for compliant and sustainable cold outreach
Work closely with internal teams to align outreach with business objectives
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in cold email outreach and email marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Instantly.ai
Solid understanding of email deliverability principles, including:
sender reputation
inbox warming
domain health
Ability to read deliverability signals and act quickly
Experience working with Gmail, Outlook, and major inbox providers
Practical mindset – you execute, test, adjust, and optimize
