About
The Role
- We are looking for a dynamic Program Intern to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a strong emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression. The ideal candidate thrives on problem-solving, can quickly implement effective solutions, and sets up processes that scale. Your work will play a key role in ensuring smooth academic operations and delivering impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to cross-functional projects spanning marketing, product, academics, and operations.
Gain firsthand exposure to 0-to-1 program launches and understand what it takes to build and scale new educational offerings.
Collaborate closely with multiple teams, owning execution in specific areas that directly drive program success.
Learn by doing—this is a hands-on role designed for those eager to roll up their sleeves and make an immediate impact.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Class 12 Mathematics and basic programming/coding concepts.
Currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
Prior internship experience preferred; immediate availability for a minimum of 3 months.
Experience in student-led initiatives, college societies, or campus projects is a strong plus.
Ability to travel to Bangalore; this is a work-from-office role.
