• Conduct needs assessment conversations with families to identify personalized learning solutions

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience
• Proven track record in metrics-driven environments
• Ability to work a part-time schedule, primarily Sunday to Thursday from 4pm-9pm Central Time
• Strong technical aptitude and a distraction-free remote work environment

• Experience in needs assessment and solution-based selling
• Demonstrated career progression with increased responsibility and leadership

• Educational experience working directly with students and parents
