- CITI certification and eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in education
- Experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals or relevant scholarly work
- Background in the specific area of degree being taught
- Previous experience supporting students through their doctoral journey
