Your role: create and execute workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then support nationwide expansion of that curriculum.

This position focuses on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading framework that serves thousands of students—not administrative busywork.

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities.
• Create personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Review student performance data to improve teaching methods and identify actionable patterns.
• Partner with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes.
• Build scalable, AI-integrated content that helps early elementary students reach grade‑level reading proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interactions within these systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at one of our locations:

  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
