Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Learning & Development Manager to design and develop engaging learning collateral and materials for a company in large‑scale B2B exhibitions. You will collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts, translate expertise into effective training content, establish processes, policies and procedures in consultation with the business, build a comprehensive train‑the‑trainer program, and provide facilitation guidance and hands‑on support to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Create and design high‑quality learning materials and collateral.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to gather and translate expertise into learning content.
- Develop processes, policies and procedures in partnership with the business.
- Build and deliver a train‑the‑trainer program to prepare internal facilitators.
- Provide facilitation guidance, coaching and support to subject‑matter experts for training delivery.
- Ensure training methods are engaging, effective and aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage an end‑to‑end launch project from execution.
- Map out competencies and identify training development plans (talent management).
- Stakeholder management.
- Manage the entire training curriculum process.
- Proactively seek deeper business understanding since joining the organisation.
- Own and maintain, implement and execute the L&D strategy.
- Saudi National.
- Overall 7‑8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in L&D.
- Familiar with multiple learning management systems.
- Experience building courses independently.
- Proven experience in instructional design and learning content development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to build training programs.
- Experience in process and policy development.
- Experience in facilitation.
- Knowledge of exhibition management or related fields is a plus.
