• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, programmatic, and emerging channels.
• Build full‑funnel campaigns that drive lead generation, applications, and enrolled students at optimal ROI.
• Use AI tools, automation, and predictive technologies to enhance performance.
• Partner closely with admissions, analytics, and creative teams.
• Manage budgets across multiple schools and markets.
• Monitor, measure, and refine campaigns using attribution and analytics best practices.

• 5+ years of proven paid media experience.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional channels (Tik Tok, programmatic, You Tube).
• Strategic thinker blending creativity with data.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, AI‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with attribution and optimization experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Competitive salary $80,000–$90,000 per year.
