Position OverviewThe Field Admissions Representative finds passionate and motivated students who have a desire to learn and develop their skills at Universal Technical Institute. This role is responsible for working closely with local high schools to recruit students and build awareness of the institute and its programs. The representative will work a territory within a 120‑mile radius. The ideal candidate will have a customer‑focused, extroverted style that can enliven, engage, motivate, and positively impact individuals.
They should enjoy making connections and communicating with people while proactively establishing relationships, and be able to follow established guidelines and procedures. They must also work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment while prioritizing schedules to maximize time.
Remote position, but requires the candidate to live in and travel throughout the Dallas area.
What We Offer- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

- Building Relationships:
Develop new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, and local communities - Events:
In‑person presentations at high schools and representation at other offsite events - Consultative Mindset:
Conduct informative, professional in‑home interviews using technical knowledge and skills. Maintain CRM database to enable thorough follow‑up with potential students - Public Speaking and Presenting:
Present to all levels of educators in high schools and other educational institutions to encourage student attendance at UTI - Product Knowledge:
Maintain knowledge of UTI programs, financing options, and other pertinent information to answer prospective student questions during a presentation - Metrics:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts - Adhere to all compliance criteria and procedures established by external regulatory bodies and by UTI
- Other duties as necessary
- Education:
High school degree or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. - Experience:
- Experience with public speaking preferred.
- Industry knowledge preferred.
- 3 – 5 years outside sales experience preferred.
- Must be able to clear background check, including MVR
