2 Hour Learning has developed a model enabling students to learn twice as fast in just two hours per day. AI‑driven tutoring, mastery‑based progression, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom models produce remarkable outcomes. We need a leader who can align execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in rigorous learning science.

• Develop academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivation systems, and application architecture.
• Conduct academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results‑driven.
• Integrate data, interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most impactful obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
• Ensure strategic alignment via planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serve as 2 Hour Learning’s representative at the highest levels—from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education—advancing systemic transformation in global education thinking.

• Working on isolated curriculum initiatives without producing systemic impact.
• Publishing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.
• Transferring performance accountability to middle management or external consultants.
• Depending on institutional reputation or theoretical arguments to convince skeptical audiences.

Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning’s validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public voice of a movement anchored in rigorous science and demonstrated results.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes.
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning.
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising.
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar.
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions.
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders.

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high‑performing EdTech venture.
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts.
• Deep familiarity with Bloom’s 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
