Novatio School is rethinking how student success is supported. Our AI-driven learning approach covers core academics in two concentrated morning hours. In the afternoon, students join live workshops where they explore new ideas, collaborate, and develop their skills.

You'll be responsible for maintaining momentum and ensuring seamless operations. Your job is to help students navigate their sessions, support participation in small groups, and provide encouragement when challenges arise. You won't deliver instructional content, but you'll be critical to ensuring every workshop feels effortless and engaging.

• Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
• Encouraging student participation and building confidence through chat interactions, recognition, and one-on-one check-ins
• Ensuring students remain engaged, supported, and connected throughout their learning sessions
• Supporting lead educators with operational tasks that ensure workshops flow smoothly
• Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence across bilingual tracks and club activities

• Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject matter
• Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
• Building curriculum or leading workshops independently
• Observing from the background—this role requires active, energetic involvement

Facilitate dynamic, virtual learning environments by keeping students engaged, organized, and motivated throughout every workshop session.

• Available to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
• Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) – must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
• Excellent communication skills and strong familiarity with digital platforms
• Student-centered, energizing presence with attention to detail and seamless transitions

• Familiarity with online learning tools or youth enrichment programs
• Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or club leadership

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
