AI‑driven tutoring, mastery‑based advancement, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom design produce these results. This role requires a leader capable of harmonizing execution across varied school contexts, elevating academic standards, and serving as the authoritative voice for a movement rooted in rigorous learning science.

• Designing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum development, motivational architecture, and application design.
• Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results‑driven.
• Integrating data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, iterative feedback, and milestone governance to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Serving as the face of 2 Hour Learning at senior forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence systemic change in global education paradigms.

• Working on fragmented curriculum initiatives that lack systemic impact.
• Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution.
• Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external advisors.
• Depending on institutional prestige or abstract theory to win over critical audiences.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrated impact.

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes.
• Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning.
• Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising.
• Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar.
• Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions.
• Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders.

• Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high‑performing EdTech venture.
• Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts.
• Deep familiarity with Bloom's 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
