- Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning’s validated academic model by aligning execution across all school sites.
- Raise leadership performance standards and establish yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement based on rigorous science and demonstrated results.
- Develop academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
- Conduct academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm that school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results‑driven.
- Analyze data, interviews, and direct observation to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend practical interventions.
- Ensure strategic alignment via planning processes, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
- Serve as the external face of 2 Hour Learning, from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education, advancing systemic transformation in global educational thinking.
- Engage in isolated curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
- Produce theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational delivery.
- Transfer accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.
- Depend on institutional reputation or abstract theory to influence skeptical audiences.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes.
- Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning.
- Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising.
- Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar.
- Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions.
- Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders.
- Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high‑performing EdTech venture.
- Experience navigating cultural, political, or international education contexts.
- Deep familiarity with Bloom’s 2 Sigma research and other mastery learning frameworks.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
