Alpha School demonstrates that literacy transformation doesn't demand 6-hour classroom schedules. Our 2-Hour Learning framework integrates AI‑adaptive platforms with targeted teaching to accelerate reading development.

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities.
• Create personalized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy achievement markers.
• Examine student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable patterns.
• Work with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Build scalable, AI‑integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading standards.

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning tools and ability to adjust instruction based on student interaction patterns.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements.
• Able to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period is weekly.
