The Subject Coordinator is a senior member of the School Administration team, leading a team of administrators to provide a comprehensive administrative service to designated subjects and courses within the School. In this role you will supervise a team of administrative colleagues to deliver effective administration of allocated subjects and courses, including staff appraisals, performance monitoring, problem solving, and the development and implementation of good practice and procedures under the guidance of the School Administration Officer.
You will assist and collaborate with the School Administration Officer, Heads of Academic Departments and Course Managers to ensure the management and implementation of operational quality from student induction to exam boards and student graduation is effectively delivered. You will also contribute to projects supporting administrative tasks under the direction of the School Administration Officer.
Key skills and experience required: leadership of a team, attention to detail, initiative, solution‑focused approach, customer‑focused service to students and academic colleagues, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
