Data Science Instructor (FT, Remote for US Market)

Triple Ten Indonesia invites applications for a full‑time, remote instructor role for our Data Science bootcamp, with a focus on US‑based students. Eligible candidates must be based outside the United States.

Triple Ten empowers people, regardless of prior experience, to master tech careers. Our remote bootcamps cover software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering, aiming to help students thrive in a new profession.

The instructor serves as a role model and mentor for US students. Responsibilities include teaching concepts, guiding assignments, and supporting students’ career development.

• Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently.
• Offer personalized 1:1 video support to answer questions and guide assignments.
• Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages.
• Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry‑relevant skills.
• Share professional insights and best practices to support the learning community.
• Review student projects and provide feedback aligned with program standards.
• Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations.
• Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions.

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Data Science, including Python, advanced SQL, and a solid grasp of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Ability to clearly explain topics such as EDA, SDA, and Machine Learning to beginners.
• 1+ years of professional experience in the tech industry; U.S. market experience is a plus.
• Availability to work from 6:00 PM (EST) to 2:00 AM (EST).
• Fluent English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Must be based outside the United States.

• Teaching or tutoring experience.
• Experience in deeper DS concepts (e.g., Computer Vision, Sentiment Analysis).
• Personal experience as an online student and a desire to help create the best place in the world to study Data Science.

• Fixed monthly compensation of $2,300–$3,500 (varies with experience).
• Full‑time, remote-first role with a consistent weekly schedule of 8‑hour days, five days a week, scheduled between 10 AM and 2 AM ET.
• Free in‑house training to develop instructional, communication, and student‑engagement skills.
• Opportunities to grow visibility as a public expert in the field.
• Cross‑cultural collaboration with passionate teammates.

The process includes a technical knowledge check and teaching skills assessment, which may involve a technical assignment or a live interview. Steps may vary, but typically include screening, technical evaluation, and a final conversation.
