Job Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary needs analysis activities, including interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders
• Synthesize findings from needs analysis and develop instructional design outlines
• Collaborate with clients to approve training performance objectives and instructional designs
• Develop various learning solutions including face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats
• Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and reporting

• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Instructional Design, based on adult learning principles
• Demonstrated experience managing sophisticated learning and development projects with senior leaders
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail in developing training materials
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

• Post-secondary degree/diploma preferred
• Certificate in Adult Education or Certified Training & Development Professional designation (CTDP)
• 3+ years of experience in a sales or leadership role
• 3+ years of consulting and facilitation experience
• Certified coach with the ICF
