This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tenure Track Nursing Professor at the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College in Rio Grande, OH, with some flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include teaching nursing courses, designing and updating curriculum, mentoring and advising nursing students, and contributing to the scholarship and service mission of the institution. The professor will also be expected to participate in faculty governance, professional development activities, and stay current with advancements in nursing education.

• Strong background in Nursing practice, including clinical expertise
• Experience in Curriculum Development and Nursing Education, with the ability to design and implement effective learning strategies
• Specialized knowledge in Obstetrics, Pediatrics required
• Commitment to student success and effective academic advising
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered RN license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
• Experience in hybrid or online education is a plus
