Salary Range: $6,320.00 per month to $9,014.00 per month.

The starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $6,320.00 per month to $7,667.00 per month.

The Online BSBA Program Coordinator is housed within the Online BSBA Program Office, a unit of the College of Business & Economics (CBE) Student Success & Support Center. This role coordinates the Online BSBA program, which is a component of the Special Sessions programs. This position oversees office management, leads Online BSBA staff, preparation of schedules, maintenance of program reports and statistics, which includes retention and graduation rates, determination of eligibility to the program, preparation of program evaluations, advising, and general day-to-day operations.
This position regularly communicates and collaborates with the CBE Office of Undergraduate Advising and Advising Resource Center to maintain standard advising practices and support for all Business Administration students.
Responsibilities Program Coordination- Manage day-to-day operations of the BSBA Online program and lead office staff and student assistants. Run BSBA Online staff meetings, and participate in broader staff meetings, professional development workshops, and training consistent with unit plans, goals, and objectives, as a means to enhance performance, improve communication, and promote teamwork.
- Monitor BSBA Online staff performance and morale and provide feedback to the appropriate administrator.
- Provide and participate in training, mentoring, and instruction to build BSBA Online staff competencies to support their work with students, staff, and faculty.
- Exercise professional judgement and expertise coordinating day-to-day functions of the BSBA Online program.
- Work directly with CBE Department Chairs, Assoc. Dean, Dean, Program Coordinator of B.S. in Business Administration, and University Extension Leadership to prepare the quarterly and annual schedules of BSBA Online courses.
- Interpret, enforce, and advise all students or prospective students, faculty, staff, and the general public, in group and individual sessions, regarding the BSBA Online degree and related University academic policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Provide relevant training to those needing more in-depth assistance.
- Assess the BSBA Online program to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the Associate Dean, BSBA Program Coordinator, and Dean. Collaborate with the CBE Office of Undergraduate Advising to implement necessary changes and ensure consistency across all program formats.
- Develop timelines and calendars that are clear and communicate to appropriate University partners, maintaining active involvement with other University offices to meet shared goals.
- Oversee maintenance of BSBA Online reports (such as the "Admitted and Registered"), log curriculum materials for planning, advising, and evaluation purposes.
- Partner with the CBE Office of Undergraduate Advising and the Advising Resource Center to ensure consistent advising practices and coordinated support for all Business Administration students.
- Oversee process of determining major-related eligibility to the BSBA Online program and notify the Admissions Dept. Notify students of final decision and provide students with a personalized plan for degree completion.
