Clinical Training Specialist

A dynamic clinical role at the intersection of skincare and energy-based devices. This person will lead beta-site support, education, and training for our new skincare line while also mastering and training on our device portfolio. They will develop educational content, deliver training globally, and act as a bridge between clinical expertise, education, and customer success.

• At least a BSc in Science related degree.
• Extensive experience in the aesthetic industry, with a strong focus on product knowledge, treatment protocols, and customer education.
• Fluent English (mother tongue preferable) – essential for global communication, education, and presentations.
• Training mindset – ability to design and deliver engaging training (skincare and device-based).
• Presentation skills – confident speaker, comfortable presenting to clinicians, customers, and at events.
• Educational tool development – can translate complex science into clear, user-friendly materials. Microsoft skills are essential.
• Knowledge in aesthetics, injectables or skincare advantage.
• Collaborative team spirit – fits into the Clinical Excellence vision and thrives in cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to travel frequently – flexible for international flights to beta sites, trainings, and events.
• Adaptability – quick learner who can transition between skincare projects and energy-based device education.
• Project management – organized enough to manage beta sites, education rollouts, and internal training schedules.
