• At least 5 years’ experience in teaching, training, or leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using video conferencing tools
• Ability to manage your schedule independently
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram)
• An interest in personal development, coaching, or mindset work
