Our 2‑Hour Learning approach integrates AI‑adaptive platforms with skilled teaching to accelerate reading development. Your goal: create and execute workshops that produce quantifiable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for young elementary learners, then support the expansion of this program to campuses nationwide.

This role emphasizes data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and program development that serves thousands of students—not administrative busywork.

• Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Examining student performance data to adjust teaching methods and generate meaningful insights.
• Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Building scalable, AI‑integrated curriculum enabling early elementary learners to reach grade‑level reading proficiency.

• College degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site at one of these campuses:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
