Feather bank Primary School is a thriving one-form entry school with a warm, inclusive ethos and a commitment to providing the very best education for every child. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Class Teacher to join our team. This position is temporary until 31/08/2026 and the start date is as soon as possible.

This role will involve teaching a class with high levels of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
. The successful candidate will have the skills and resilience to create a nurturing, structured environment where all children can thrive.

• A qualified teacher with proven classroom experience (this post is not suitable for ECTs
  ).
• Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH strategies
  , with the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and a commitment to positive relationships.
• A reflective practitioner who works collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
• Someone who is passionate about inclusion and determined to make a difference.
