Head of Admissions – 2 Hour Learning – $200,000/year USD
Compensation
: $200,000 per year (approximately $100/hour). This role is paid on an hourly basis at $100 per hour; annualized to approximately $200,000 assuming full‑time hours.

In‑person campus‑based at one of our campuses in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. Relocation support is provided.
2 Hour Learning compresses a traditional full school day into two hours through AI‑powered, mastery‑based applications. Our students learn at 2.6× the national average, validated by MAP assessment data, and achieve top‑1% academic performance in a fraction of the time. The campus experience includes life‑skills, personal development, and substantive projects—with no teachers or lectures.
Responsibilities- Reply to new inquiries within 4 hours using precise, personalized communication, avoiding generic templates.
- Conduct campus tours and events that demonstrate the speed of our instruction and the families it serves.
- Manage the entire admissions process—applications, shadow days, decision calls, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM and SIS records for weekly review, with a focus on Hub Spot.
- Improve admissions materials, SOPs, and FAQs using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
- Supervising a team; the role is for individual execution.
- Handling administrative obstacles typical of traditional institutions.
- Admitting every applicant; you will identify the right fit for the model.
- Justifying our differentiation; results speak for themselves.
- Remote work; the position is campus‑based with occasional local events.
Own and refine the admissions process to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build a high‑conversion, highly selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and effectiveness of the 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years managing full‑cycle admissions at a competitive, tuition‑based academic institution.
- Demonstrated success overseeing selective enrollment from initial inquiry through final commitment.
- Outstanding communication skills—writing, presenting, direct engagement.
- Comfort interacting with high‑net‑worth families and sophisticated decision‑makers.
- Robust operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially Hub Spot), time management, and precision in execution.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Background in elite K‑12 private school or competitive college admissions.
- Track record delivering high‑touch, high‑conversion events.
- Proficiency with reporting, metrics, and data‑informed decision‑making.
- Knowledge of AI‑powered or mastery‑based education models.
This is a full‑time (40 hours/week) long‑term contract role, entered into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Payment is weekly. The position is immediately available.
