Your role: create and conduct workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then scale that instruction model to campuses nationwide.

This role is not about administrative paperwork. It centers on data-informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading curriculum that serves thousands of students.

• Conducting adaptive reading workshops that build phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
• Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable trends
• Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

• Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small‑group reading interventions with early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within those tools
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without need for sponsorship
• Available to work on‑site at one of our locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
