We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Minot, ND territory in this unique community‑based opportunity. Starting salary is $75,000 per year with an earning potential of a six‑figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. New hire training will be held in‑person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Grand Canyon Education offers a generous benefits package, including 100% tuition‑free education for employees through the Master's degree program level and 75% coverage at the Doctorate degree program level.

• Strategy and execution – consistently identifying and implementing event/activity plans for your territory, building awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business and driving inquiry generation.
• Partner and influencer – provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and partners on their journey to enrollment, whether in‑person, over the phone or via email.
• Heart and hustle – use your out‑of‑the‑box critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, guiding them on the right path toward a successful online learning experience.

• Bachelor’s degree. No delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
• Outstanding time‑management skills – prioritize competing priorities even while travelling.
• Clear communication skills – explain just about anything to anyone be comfortable communicating in person, in writing and on the phone.
• Self‑motivation and drive to succeed – volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked.
• High emotional intelligence – demonstrate empathy to coaching a diverse range of students.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Since this role requires extensive travel in your territory, you’ll need a clean driving record and ability to use your personal vehicle.
• Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
