Remote Position: Remote role; however, attendance on campus is required four times a year. Candidates should consider this.
Role OverviewProgramme Leads are essential to the University of Greenwich’s online ambitions. The role will oversee a programme within the online portfolio, undertake lead duties on the first module, line‑manage module leads, and ensure design, delivery and operation of the curriculum meet high standards of quality and student experience.
Responsibilities- Design, develop and evaluate the Business Analytics curriculum for online delivery.
- Lead the first module and manage module leads across the programme.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Greenwich Online and faculties to maintain high quality and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit and support team members, ensuring an excellent learning environment.
- Motivate and guide module teams, fostering effective collaboration with University stakeholders.
- Lead programme direction and maintain alignment with strategic priorities.
- Senior lecturer or comparable senior academic standing with expertise in Business Analytics.
- Proven programme/module design experience, particularly in fully online contexts.
- Strong understanding of quality, regulatory and policy requirements for higher education delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Past experience in motivating teams and collaborating across the university.
