DutiesDesign and teach courses in the Online MBA program, which runs for seven weeks in six terms. Courses cover concentrations such as Healthcare Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Organizational Management, Risk Management, Athletic Administration, and Business Analytics.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Business or related field.
• Prior online teaching experience; proficiency with Canvas is desirable.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer with Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Personal commitment to providing quality online education.
Supplemental InformationOnline adjuncts must have daily access to high‑speed internet and a camera, using either Windows or Apple operating systems. The recruitment is continuous for part‑time teaching and course development assignments on an as‑needed basis, with compensation ranging as follows:
- Masters‑prepared undergraduate courses – $933.33 per credit hour.
- Doctoral or equivalent prepared undergraduate courses – $1,016.67 per credit hour.
- Graduate courses (Masters‑prepared) – $1,016.67 per credit hour.
- Graduate courses (Doctoral or equivalent) – $1,100.00 per credit hour.
- Lab sections undergraduate – Masters prepared $1,150.00, Doctoral equivalent $1,250.00 per credit hour.
- Online course development proposals – $500.00 to $3,000.00 depending on complexity.
