This is a unique opportunity for experienced educators to teach middle school students in a fully remote 1:1 setting, using a flexible schedule that fits your availability. You will deliver engaging online lessons in math, English Language Arts, and SAT prep, following structured learning plans provided to you. Each week, you'll meet with students in a personalized virtual classroom and help them grow both academically and personally.

This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate, reliable, and committed to making a meaningful impact in a supportive, tech-enabled environment.

Accountabilities:

• Deliver personalized one-on-one online lessons to middle school students in subjects like math, ELA, and SAT prep
• Use provided learning plans while adapting lessons to fit each student's unique learning needs
• Prepare class materials ahead of each session and submit feedback reports after each lesson
• Maintain up-to-date availability in the platform's app to support scheduling
• Foster a welcoming, engaging, and respectful virtual classroom environment
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional and supportive manner
• Maintain punctuality and preparedness for every class session
• Collaborate and communicate with platform staff as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching license preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in K-12 education, particularly in math, ELA, or SAT preparation
• Strong familiarity with K-12 curriculum standards in math and ELA
• Passion for helping students succeed and grow academically
• Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, private teaching environment
• Availability for at least 20 hours weekly, with hours between 3-10 PM EST on weekdays or weekends
• Commitment to teaching for a minimum of 6 months
• Must reside in Canada or the United States (excluding Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Vermont, and West Virginia)
