• 3-5+ years of experience in learning design or instructional design, preferably in a software/SaaS environment
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and ability to create engaging content
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in content development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Adobe Suite
• Attention to detail and design aesthetics

• Experience with certification development
• Knowledge of Spanish as a second language is a plus
