* * You possess strong organizational skills, demonstrating proficiency in accurately maintaining both physical and digital files and record-keeping systems.*
* * You are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and helpful experience for students, families, staff, and visitors.
** 3-5 years of professional experience
* 2+ years experience managing multiple projects, work streams, or initiatives
* 2+ years of demonstrated success in reaching team goals or project/initiative success
* 2-4 years general management and/or school operations experience
* Previous start-up experience and/or experience in a high-performing school
* Ability to speak Amharic, Spanish, Somali, or Tigrinya
