Position Information
This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Sales Support Manager.
CompensationBase pay is anticipated to be between $15.87 and $17.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

- Evaluate diagnostic testing to assess new students’ academic readiness and recommend appropriate course selections.
- Guide new students and their families through onboarding and developing comprehensive graduation plans.
- Monitor academic progress using grade reports and other evaluation tools, providing regular updates to students and parents.
- Advise students on academic management, motivation, and engagement strategies as needed.
- Research and implement strategies to enhance student academic experiences.
- Drive student retention efforts by promoting re-enrollment initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to student registration and record maintenance, including document preparation (e.g., transcripts, enrollment reports, official letters).
- Collaborate with school districts to identify and fulfill needs-based services that support student success.
- Develop process improvements and training documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in education and at least 1-2 years related experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Professional and engaging phone presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess and understand individual student and family educational needs while balancing a big‑picture perspective with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technology, demonstrating strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities while maintaining accurate, well‑organized records.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and schools to support academic success.
