What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support the customer life cycle for partners by facilitating professional learning and development
Develop expertise in the Harmony Curriculum and Harmony Professional Learning to effectively assist partners
Create comprehensive implementation plans addressing partner goals and professional learning needs
Deliver training sessions to partners and users, ensuring effective product usage and SEL growth
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and surveys to improve future offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of coaching, mentoring, or training experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to translate materials effectively
Experience with adult learning theories and instructional strategies
Strong background in customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Master’s degree in a related field
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant teaching experience
Experience in higher education and technology-driven environments
Project management experience
Familiarity with Pre-K through 12th-grade educational settings
