IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Marketing Associate for TPT.

TPT (Teachers Pay Teachers) is the world’s largest marketplace for innovative educational content created by and for educators and is used by 85% of K‑12 teachers in the US. We have big plans for expanding this immensely popular platform, and are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our community as we grow.

This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office. The work schedule for this role is Monday‑Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.

• Identify and operationalize seller promotions including researching and recommending resources and community members for marketing activations
• Work with colleagues across teams to write marketing and communications copy
• Manage the day‑to‑day logistics of special programs for TPT’s seller community, including internal collaboration and external vendor coordination, and coordinate virtual and in‑person events
• Collect, organize, QA, and analyze community data, insights, and feedback, sharing takeaways across teams
• Write community updates; communicate with TPT Sellers about special programs and events
• Partner with the Customer Support and Marketing teams to troubleshoot and resolve community issues

• A BA/BS degree and 2+ years of marketing and/or communications experience in a professional environment
• A self‑starter who is detail‑oriented, organized, resourceful, analytical, and can manage projects from start to finish while juggling multiple deadlines
• A strong writer, guided by empathy, who can adjust their tone for different audiences
• A team player who has excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with people at all levels
• A knowledge of — or an interest in — education and edtech, and a commitment to actively learn about this evolving industry on an ongoing basis
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
