Team Leader: Senior Architect – Education

Following recent education project wins, we’re expanding and seeking an experienced Team Leader:
Senior Architect to join the team.

Our education team is highly regarded for designing exceptional learning environments across primary, secondary, further, and higher education and are specialists in Special Educational Needs design.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in education projects, excellent client management skills, and an aptitude for business development. You’ll work closely with the Education Director, lead project teams, and play a key role in shaping Pozzoni’s growing portfolio.

• Lead design and project delivery across all RIBA stages.
• Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure programme milestones are met with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to developing new business opportunities within the education sector.
• 10 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in education design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of DfE standards and contractor frameworks.
• Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Confident in client-facing roles and leading meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Early finish and work-from-home every Friday.
