Position Overview

Transform Destiny is seeking a Master NLP Practitioner Coach to join our remote team and help high‑end clients grow their NLP businesses. The role is full‑time with a flexible schedule to accommodate both Pacific and East Coast clients.

• Conduct weekly coaching calls with assigned clients, guiding them to take actionable steps toward their goals.
• Apply Master Practitioner NLP techniques to identify limiting beliefs and remove blocks that hinder progress.
• Offer occasional 1‑hour Hypnotherapy/NLP and Breakthrough Sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support client acquisition and client retention.

• Certified NLP Master Practitioner (or in the very near future).
• Proven experience using NLP techniques effectively in coaching settings.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, and phone for daily virtual calls.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple clients, and proactive ownership of responsibilities.
• Capacity to work in a quiet environment, ensuring minimal distractions during coaching sessions.
