Must have an unrestricted Indiana or Minnesota state medical licensure, or current approval issued from the IMLC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board-Certified MD or DO in Endocrinology
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience in Endocrinology
• Must have an unrestricted Indiana or Minnesota state medical licensure, or current approval issued from the IMLC
• Strong computer navigation skills
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (unable to sponsor visas)
