Our multispecialty group,
Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urologist Physician to join our team in Stockton, California. If you're eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!

• Opportunity to help establish our bread and butter Urology practice
• Pediatrics not required, though experience is a bonus
• High procedure volume, including in-office and surgical procedures
• Access to da Vinci Surgical System
• Sharing a 1:7 call schedule with community Urologists
• Live and work in sunny California, with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Monterey, and Lake Tahoe

• Supportive environment with robust clinical and administrative resources

• Excellent earning potential w/a guaranteed salary of 2 years
• Salary range: $414,165- $503,067/Yr plus bonus incentives
• Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, CME allowance, and more

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABMS or AOA)
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• DEA Certification
