Details- 4 days in office, 1 day working from home
- 16 - 18 patients per day for lifestyle practice
- Virtual team takes call coverage
- Board-certified family medicine required
- Minimum 2 years outpatient experience preferred

Salary from $253000.00 to $269000.00 annually
